be responsible for each tenancy and make sure that guests holidays will
be to their satisfaction. We can also act as the main booking calendar

arrival the Villa/Apt will be in a perfect condition so when the tenants
arrive they don’t have to worry about the cleaning of the property.

This service enables us to carry out our services
effectively and in the allocated time frame, as well as
giving direct access for guests arriving day or night. We
will also ensure that keys are collected prior to departure.
Keys are kept in a safe box in which
CYHOMES4RENT staff have access to. |

can take full care of your house, pool or
garden, perform all necessary plumbing or electrical repairs, painting,
carpentry, installation of security grilles or any alternations or
modifications and we’ll carry out all above with utmost professionalism
and best attention.
The property will be
aired, and plants watered. |

SECURITY
CHECKS//MAINTENANCE |

Our professional team, once a
month will visit the property and a thorough inspection will be carried
out checking everything inside and outside of the property. As soon as
the technician comes back to the office a detailed written report will
be sent to the property owner letting the owner knows about the
situation in the property. If the technician finds a problem which is
very urgent the property owner will receive a direct call from the
Manager of CYHOMES4RENT informing him/her of the situation
and the option he/she has in order to fix the problem. |

24/7 EMERGENCY NUMBER |

Any emergency situation that may happens our technician will go any time
to check and contain the problem to prevent any further damage occurring
at the time.
Repairs will be carried out under supervision upon your agreement to any
necessary costs and authorisation for work to commence. |

PEST CONTROL |

are able to offer you an experienced and professional pest control
service that use trustworthy and EU authorized products, to rid you of
uninvited and annoying guests as well as preventing them from entering
in the first place.
Pest control can be
arranged for as many times as you require, but we recommend for it to be
carried out at least twice a year, to ensure prevention of spiders and
various insects from coming into your home especially during their
mating seasons. |

POOL MAINTENANCE |

Our professional team will
clean your pool twice a week. The technicians
shall test the water for the correct chemical balance, add the necessary
chemicals, clean skimmer baskets or overflow drain, clean water pump
basket and vacuum the pool for any debris.
We’ll make the water crystal clear and above all suitably healthy for
swimming. |

MEET & GREET |

When guests arrive at the property a friendly staff of
CYHOMES4RENT will welcome the guest answering any
questions they may have. Upon the guests’ arrival, they will
be provided with information pack containing details of
local attractions, events and useful telephone numbers,
including our 24hours contact number which will be on hand
for your guests. |

WELCOME PACK |
 |
 Welcome
pack can be provided upon request. They are purchased and delivered just
prior to quests arrival at the property.
Includes: Bread, Milk, Water, Butter, Orange Juice, Tea, Coffee, Sugar
and Jam.
Recommended for late arrivals,
especially families with
small tired children, who have arrived late in the evening. |

HOUSE CLEANING
SERVICES |

|
|
 |
 CYHOMES4RENT will make sure that prior to each tenant arrival
the Villa/Apt will be in a perfect condition so when the tenants arrive
they don’t have to worry about the cleaning of the property.
Laundry will be collected and itemized, professionally laundered and
returned to the owner residence.

SPRING CLEAN |
| |
|
|
 |
Preparation
of the property for the rental season. It is a thorough clean inside
with all floors swept and mopped; cupboards and wardrobes sanitized;
carpets/rugs vacuumed; all worktops, surfaces and ovens &
fridge/freezers sanitized; bedrooms cleaned with making the beds if
required;. BBQ & storage areas are thoroughly cleaned. Pool grids, pool
plant stations and surrounding areas are scrubbed with specific cleaning
chemicals & materials. The cost of possible laundry of linen and towels
is included in the price. Windows cleaning is included in Spring
Clean cost. |

CHANGEOVER CLEAN |
| |
|
|
 |
 Upon
your guest’s departure the property will be cleaned and left
in a perfect condition This clean consists of sweeping
external patio areas, sweeping and washing all internal
floors, washing all food and preparation surfaces, fridge,
cooker and kitchen cupboards, and taking away any perishable
items. Toilets and bathrooms will be cleaned and toilet
paper replenished. The property will be cleaned before your
next guests’ arrival Laundry (linen/towels) is included in
Changeover Clean cost. Windows cleaning is NOT included
in Changeover Clean cost.

MID-STAY CLEAN |
| |
|
|
 |
A
light clean inside the property – all surfaces dusted,
bathrooms and toilets sanitized all floors swept and moped.
Bedrooms cleaned with making the beds. Laundry
(linen/towels) is included in the mid-stay cost. Windows
cleaning is NOT included in Mid-stay Clean cost.

OCTOBER CLEAN
|
| |
|
|
 |
 At
the October clean when your property will be left for a period of time,
we will clean thoroughly throughout.
All
electric appliances are inspected and thoroughly cleaned and
disconnected/switched off from the mains. All linen is collected and
stored away. Laundry of linen and bedspreads are included in the cost.
(if required). Windows cleaning is NOT included in October Clean
cost. |

WINDOW CLEANING
|

 Windows,
more than almost any other feature, give a modern home its personality.
Cleaned window makes the room look larger and gives the feeling of
freshness and joy and let all Mediterranean sunshine be the welcoming
guest in your house
We provide upon
request, window cleaning service for all those large or small windows,
whether they are located in those hard to reach areas.
All windows will be washed, dried and polished and sparkle from inside
out.

LAUNDRY SERVICE |

 Through
our experience, we have found this service in high demand, especially
with non-residential homeowners who come out to Cyprus for a holiday,
knowing that their household linen will be freshly laundered and cleaned
for when they arrive, they truly can enjoy a holiday instead of having
to carry out this chore.
Laundry will be collected and itemized,
professionally laundered
and returned to your residence. Laundry is available for household linen
only.

CAR HIRE |

With at least three weeks confirmed booking prior to your
arrival it can be arranged that you are met at the airport.
The rental car will be handed to you there and then, you
will also, if requested, be escorted to the property. |

AIRPORT TRANSFER

|
|
 |
 We
are also very happy to inform you that we can offer an easy airport to
accommodation
transfer where you will be met in the arrivals area of the airport upon
your arrival, assisted with your luggage and taken to your accommodation
directly.
We can also arrange for a return transfer from the accommodation to the
airport for your return flight on time. |
